Transporting the item into the home or other area and disposing of packaging material is the customers responsibility. Upon delivery and before you sign the carriers delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package to check that all items are accounted for. If anything is missing or damaged, please note it in detail on the delivery receipt and email us so we can resolve the problem. If an item is missing or damaged, we will ship a replacement part when possible or may arrange for a complete replacement.
